Mr. Lantz has retired from farming and has commissioned us to sell his farm equipment and woodworking tools. These items are well taken care of, well maintained, and shed kept when not in use. This auction will have online bidding only starting to close on Thursday, March 7th at 7:00PM. Item pick-up will be on MONDAY, MARCH 11TH FROM NOON-7:00PM AND TUESDAY, MARCH 12TH FROM NOON-5:30PM. Preview items on Saturday, March 2nd from 9AM-Noon and Wednesday, March 6th from 3-6PM
Terms and Conditions:
Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid. Virginia sales tax will not be charged since this is a farm business liquidation.
Payment: Cash, Wire Transfer, Credit Card (5% Card Fee Applies) or Good Check are approved methods of payment. There is a $50 fee for returned checks. Non payments will be turned over to the Rockingham County Sheriff's Dept. Payment must be made in full before items are removed from the auction site and ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY 5:30 ON TUESDAY, MARCH 12TH OR YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR YOUR PURCHASES. If payment has not been made by the end of the pickup period credit cards will be charged for the full invoice amount. Titles (if applicable) will be held until the buyer's check clears our bank.
Preview: Saturday, March 2nd from 9AM-Noon or Wednesday, March 6th from 3-6PM
Pickup: Monday, March 11th from noon until 7:00 or Tuesday, March 12th from noon until 5:30 unless other arrangements have been made prior to the auction.
Merchandise: All Items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. Descriptions will be as accurate as possible using the information given by the seller and our own findings; we urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. Titles (if applicable) are guaranteed for all titled vehicles unless the description states "no title". Ownership of items is considered transferred to the winning bidder at the conclusion of the bidding on each item. If paying by check, titles may be held until check clears.

Bidding: The highest bidder for each item shall be the buyer, and if any dispute arises as to any bidding, or between two or more bidders, the auctioneer will have sole discretion to determine the successful bidder, or the disputed lot shall be offered again at the last undisputed bid and resold. The auction record kept by Auctioneer and Clerk is final.
Owner or Owner's Agent may not bid on his/her own items.

Auctioneers Announcement: The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids on behalf of an absentee bidder, the seller, or himself. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and in all cases of dispute the auctioneer’s decision shall be final. By registering to bid on this auction you will be added to our email list and will receive future marketing. You will have the option to remove yourself from this list if you so choose.
Technical Issues: Neither the company providing the software nor the auction company shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. In the unfortunate event of a DDOS attack or server attack/shut down, the auction company reserves the right, but is not required, to extend bidding time.
