Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer’s Premium of 10% will be added to each successful bid, three percent (3%) will be added for credit card processing. No tax will be charged since this is a farm liquidation.

Payment: Cash, Credit Card, Business Check, Cashier’s Check, Money Order, or Wire Transfer are approved methods of payment.  A credit card is required to register for online bidding. A $100 “hold” will be placed on your card and that hold will typically be released within 72 hours after registering depending on your card holder’s regulations.

Pickup: All items must be picked up and removed from the auction site on the scheduled removal days unless other arrangements have been made with the auction company. Any item not picked up by the end of the scheduled pick up time will become property of the auction company unless arrangements have been previously made. Removal days for this auction will be Friday, March 25, 2022 10 am until 5:00 pm and Saturday, March 26, 2022 9:00 am until 4:00 pm.   All items need to be paid for by Friday, March 25, 2022 1t 10:00 am and before items are removed from the auction site.

Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. Titles are guaranteed for all titled vehicles unless the description states “no title”. If paying by check (if applicable), titles may be held until check clears.

Bidding: This auction will be a live simulcast auction meaning there will be live and online bidding simultaneously. The highest bidder for each item shall be the buyer, and if any dispute arises as to any bidding the auctioneer will have sole discretion to determine the successful bidder, or the disputed lot shall be offered again at the last undisputed bid and resold. The auction record kept online will be the official record. Buyers are responsible for their items after being pronounced the winning bidder but will not become the owner of the items until payment has been made in full.
