Spring Consignment Auction featuring agricultural, heavy equipment, construction equipment and tools, vehicles, trucks, trailers, and powersports. This auction is being held on Rt 33 in Elkton VA at the Elkton Fire Department Parking Lot. Call or message us if you have vehicles, equipment, farm machinery or tools to sell. Consignment deadline is May 26 at 5:00 PM. Item Drop Off Dates Are May 20-21 and May 23-26 from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 13% (minus 3% for cash or good check) will be added to each successful bid. VA Sales tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items (except titled motor vehicles) unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form prior to checkout.
Payment: Cash, Credit Card (Visa MasterCard Discover Amex) or Good Check are approved methods of payment. Payment must be made in full the day of sale unless other arrangements have been made with the auctioneer prior to the auction and items cannot be removed from the auction site until paid for. If payment has not been made within 24 hours of the end of the auction credit cards of online bidders will be charged for the full invoice amount.
Pickup: All items must be picked up and removed from the auction site by 4:00 PM on May 30th.
Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. Titles are guaranteed for all titled vehicles unless the description states "no title". If paying by check, titles may be held until check clears.
Condition details are offered as courtesy to bidders, and are opinions only, not statements of fact, and do not imply any warranty concerning condition, or any assumption of liability. Lot announcements, listings, photographs, and catalog information are for descriptive purposes only. All announcements made on the day of the auction by the auctioneer supersede any other previously announced or published materials.
Bidding: The highest bidder for each item shall be the buyer, and if any dispute arises as to any bidding, or between two or more bidders, the auctioneer will have sole discretion to determine the successful bidder, or the disputed lot shall be offered again at the last undisputed bid and resold. The auction record kept by Auctioneer and Clerk is final.
Owner or Owner's Agent may not bid on his/her own items.
Buyers are responsible for their items after being pronounced the winning bidder but will not become the owner of the items until payment has been made in full.

Auctioneers Announcement: The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids on behalf of an absentee bidder, the seller, or himself. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and in all cases of dispute the auctioneer’s decision shall be final. All announcements made by the auctioneer on sale day take precedent over any printed material or previous advertising.
