A lot of this equipment was bought brand new and is one-owner pieces. There has been routine maintainence on the equipment also.

Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer’s Premium of 13% (minus 3% for cash or good check) will be added to each successful bid. Virginia sales tax will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form or if it is a titled vehicle.
Payment: Cash, Credit Card or Good Check are approved methods of payment. Payment must be made in full the day of sale and items cannot be removed from the auction site until paid for.
Pickup: All items must be picked up and removed from the auction site by 5:00 PM on the day of the auction unless other arrangements have been made with the auction company.
Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. Titles are guaranteed for all titled vehicles unless the description states “no title”. If paying by check, titles may be held until check clears.

Buyers are responsible for their items after being pronounced the winning bidder but will not become the owner of the items until payment has been made in full.
